Dr. Rachna Chandra, with over a decade of clinical experience, leads Qurist’s medical consulting program. Her patient-first approach combines scientific expertise with genuine compassion, ensuring care that is both effective and personal.
A certified practitioner (MBBS, MD) and an alumna of Lady Hardinge Medical College, Dr. Chandra brings a deep understanding of both modern medicine and cannabis research. She has previously worked with reputed institutions such as Max Healthcare and Paras Hospitals.

Why do I need a consultation before ordering medical cannabis?
In India, medical cannabis is prescription-only to ensure it’s used safely and effectively. Our consultations are a way for you to connect with our experienced doctor who will listen to your concerns and offer guidance suited to your body and condition. It’s a necessary step, but also a supportive one.
How soon will I hear from a doctor?
Once you book or place your order, a doctor from our team will reach out within 24 hours. Consultations are usually 15 minutes long and can be scheduled at a time that works for you.
What happens after the consultation?
After speaking with the doctor, your personalized prescription will be emailed to you. We’ll then ship your products, usually within 3 to 4 business days, or within 48 hours if you choose express delivery (available in select areas).
What if I just want to talk to a doctor first, before buying anything?
Absolutely. Our consultations are free and entirely obligation-free. You’re welcome to simply speak to a doctor, get your questions answered, and then take your time. Our priority is making sure you feel informed and supported.
What if I have questions after receiving my product? Can I follow up with the doctor?
Absolutely. Our care doesn’t stop at delivery. You’ll get the doctor’s contact number for any questions on dosage, effects, or next steps. Plus, we schedule a 30-day follow-up to check on your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
How long can I reorder without another consultation?
If you're continuing with the same product, there's no need for another consultation right away. However, if you'd like to explore a new product, we'll schedule a quick follow-up to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
Can I book a consultation for someone else?
Yes. Just fill out the form with their details and let us know in the message section that you're booking on their behalf.
Should I bring anything to the consultation?
If available, sharing your past prescriptions, medical reports, or a brief summary of your symptoms can help the doctor better understand your condition. However, it is not mandatory. Our doctors will guide you through the process regardless of the information you have on hand.
Do you provide consultations outside India?
Yes, we do. However, please note that we currently do not ship products internationally. Consultations are still available globally.
Can I cancel or reschedule my consultation?
Yes. Just email us at hello@qurist.in or call us at +91 94858 48844 and we’ll help you make the changes.
Will I receive a written prescription after the consultation?
Yes, you will receive a digital copy of your prescription, which will also be stored in our records for future reference.
Is medical cannabis safe, are there any side effects?
Yes, when used under medical supervision, cannabis can be a safe and effective option for many health concerns. That said, it may not be suitable for everyone. Our doctors will guide you through possible side effects, interactions, and dosage so you can make an informed choice.
I’ve never used cannabis before, is that okay?
