Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 3-5 days of receipt by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
