Hi, i used it for the first time and I think a more in depth faq is needed for this product. It certainly didn't kick in within 30 mins but more like 2 hours. If this is food dependent they should specify this. By 8 am I still felt totally high and drugged and dizzy. The rest of the day has felt groggy. I'd say this is potent in the extreme and maybe they should make 2 strengths. Id use it again if I have 10 hours available to sleep and lie in but otherwise no.
